“After 25 weeks, I lost 40 pounds and had fun doing it, especially finding new ways to move.  MonjWell taught me to Try New Things and incorporate more of what I love into my days. I used to roller skate as a kid, and now  I’m roller skating again with my friends and we LOVE it! All the little changes I’ve made, along with the determination to get fit and healthy, have helped me gain more confidence. I even put my name in the hat for a work promotion, and I got it!”

MonjWell has helped many lose weight and keep it off.  As the head coach, I have seen how the program can change lives.

I’d like to share a story of one of the members I coached through their MonjWell journey. Lisa came to us wanting to lose 40 pounds and feel better. Throughout our time together she was always open to try new things and dug into every in-app lesson and openly communicated with me, even when things got a little tough.  She made little changes over a period of 5 months and found her way back to roller skating, which she now does whenever she can with her friends. Along with her determination, she reached her goal and lost her 40 pounds.

Lisa nailed 4 MonjWell tenets. She:

  1. Stuck with it

  2. Stayed connected

  3. Tried new things

  4. Made little changes

While not everyone is going to strap on their rollerskates, we have seen a lot of great results with MonjWell. Want to learn more?
